As a Creative Designer at Dorbby Marketing Pvt. Ldt you will be responsible for bringing our brand and products to life through visually stunning designs. Working closely with the marketing and product development teams, you will play a key role in creating captivating graphics and visuals that resonate with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who is passionate about design and eager to make an impact.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including but not limited to:

- Digital advertisements
- Social media graphics
- Print collateral
- Packaging designs

2. Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate the brand message and enhance the overall user experience.

3. Produce high-quality designs within tight deadlines while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to brand guidelines.

4. Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve the quality and creativity of our visual assets.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure that final deliverables meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

6. Assist in the creation and maintenance of digital assets, including photo libraries, design templates, and style guides.

7. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas and solutions to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.

3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.

4. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Passion for design, creativity, and continuous learning.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

2. Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms.

3. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design.

4. Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
