Key Responsibilities:

● Graphic Design:

○ Design social media creatives, display ads, banners, emailers, presentations,

and other digital assets.

○ Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across visual content.

● Ad Creative Development:

○ Ideate and create high-performing ad creatives for paid campaigns (Meta,

Google, etc.).

○ Work with the performance marketing team to test and iterate creatives based on

performance data.

● Video & Motion Design:

○ Create and edit reels, motion graphics, short-form videos for social media and

ads.

○ Source or create visual elements, animations, transitions, and effects to enhance

storytelling.

● Collaboration:

○ Coordinate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand briefs and

deliver effective creatives.

○ Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final delivery.

● Creative Direction Support:

○ Bring fresh, innovative design ideas to brainstorms and team discussions.

○ Stay updated with current design and social media trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

● 1-3 years of relevant experience in graphic and video design.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of graphic, digital ad, and video design work.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/ Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,

After Effects) or similar tools.

● Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools is a plus.

● Basic understanding of social media platforms and ad performance metrics.

● Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

● Self-motivated with a growth mindset and a collaborative attitude.

Good to Have:

● Experience designing for D2C, lifestyle, or tech brands.

● Knowledge of UI/UX design basics.

● Experience with tools like CapCut, VN, or other mobile-based video editors.

● Photography and visual storytelling skills.
