**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell Mehta Tea products in retail outlets and markets.
- Engage with retailers to ensure proper product display and visibility.
- Achieve assigned sales and promotion targets.
- Collect feedback from customers and share market insights.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns in the region.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or product promotion (tea/detergent preferred).
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-focused personality.
