Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Sales Assistant to join our team, support the sales department, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and provide information about products and services.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Help in preparing quotations and maintaining records.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and social media activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
