**Job Title**: Sales Assistant - Malwa Solar Energy

We are looking for an energetic and responsible **Sales Assistant** to join our team, support the sales department, and deliver excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers and provide information about products and services.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Help in preparing quotations and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotions and social media activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in sales/marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
