**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop product features, enhancements, and defect resolution with mínimal help from a mentor.

**Skills (Technical)**
- Foundational understanding of Windows and Linux OS administration (e.g., software install/patch/update, configuration, file system management, user access management).
- Foundational understanding of server virtualization technologies and cloud computing (AWS preferred).
- English language proficiency (verbal and written).
- Ability and discipline to review provided learning materials to understand systems, technologies, and practices.

**Typical Experience**

Demonstrate technical ability in multiple relevant disciplines, including server/OS administration, virtualization, containerization, cloud computing, web operations, TCP/IP networking, and office software.
