Inside Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Follow up on leads, track opportunities, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Tele-Sales, or Customer Service (minimum 1-3 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online research.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
