**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify potential clients, distributors, and retailers in Guwahati and surrounding areas to expand the company's customer base.

Sales Target Achievement: Set sales targets and work diligently to achieve and exceed them within the designated territory.

Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our stationery products to customers, driving product awareness and demand.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed sales and marketing strategies.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales achievements, customer feedback, and market insights.

Sales Strategies: Devise and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share growth in the assigned territory.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary support, including sales materials, product training, and pricing information.

Attend Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the stationery, office supplies, or related industry. Previous experience in a similar role in Guwahati or the Assam region will be an advantage.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and the local language (Assamese).

Result-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and colleagues.

Market Knowledge: Sound knowledge of the stationery product market, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively find solutions to overcome them.

Team Player: Capable of working collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.

Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
