Territory Sales Executive

Key responsibilities
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their objectives.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, research market trends, and analyze competitor activity to drive market expansion.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales Performance**: Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure the sales pipeline is managed effectively.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and customer needs.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,996.47 - ₹40,000.00 per month
