**TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - Corporate/Institutions**
A Territory Sales Manager is a professional responsible for maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring efficient sales operations within a specific geographic area. They devise sales strategies, analyze data, address customer concerns, and identify sales opportunities. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
A Territory Sales Manager’s (TSM) responsibilities include:
1) Maintaining customer relationships & developing a rapport with key clients in the market
2) Setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue
3) Finding ways to ensure the efficiency of sales operations
4) Drive sales revenue growth while nurturing customer relationships within a designated geographical area
5) You will play a pivotal role in our organization, utilizing your exceptional organizational and sales skills.
6) Effective communication to have a deep understanding of customer needs
7) Goal-oriented and possess strong analytical capabilities
8) to ensure customer satisfaction while actively seeking opportunities to expand our sales.

10) Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
11) Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
12) Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions

14) Present products and services to prospective customers
15) Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
16) Monitor competition within the assigned region
17) Prepare and submit reports to the Director - Sales
**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Positive GO-GETTER personality with a good command of English & Hindi/Marathi
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and drive sales for our resort
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Graduate/BBM/BBA/MBA/DBM or a related field with Proficiency in MS Office
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
