**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries to provide information about courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses based on their career goals and aspirations.
- **Course Promotion**:

- Provide detailed information about institute offerings such as Digital Marketing, Data Analysis, Advanced Graphic Designing, Advanced Excel, Tally, MS-CIT, MOS, and Adobe Certified courses.
- Highlight the institute's unique benefits, including high-tech labs, expert trainers, and job placement support.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Assist students in completing enrollment forms and understanding payment procedures.
- Track and follow up with potential students to ensure conversion of leads.
- **Career Guidance**:

- Offer insights into job prospects, industry trends, and skill development opportunities related to the courses.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build strong relationships with students to enhance trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain records of student inquiries, feedback, and progress using CRM systems.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with trainers, the marketing team, and management to align counseling strategies with organizational goals.
- Participate in institute events, seminars, and promotional activities to increase student engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
