**JD for the profile of Customer Care Executive**
- Experience in handling customer query & complaints.
- Ability to resolve the customer complaint and give them proper solution.
- Know how to operate Gmail & reply to customer query through E-mail.
- Inbound & Outbound calling
**What we are looking for?**
**Qualifications & Skills Required**:
- Educational Qualifications - Any Graduate
- Experience - 1 to 3 Years (Telecaller, BPO, Call Centre Background)
- Preferred Knowledge - Knowledge of Excel, Good Oral & Communication Skills
- Languages:
- English, Hindi

**Salary Range**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
