**Responsibilities**:
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell our services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Responsible for handling the mail box and the responses
- Use scripts to provide information about service features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s information accurately in a computer system then share the information with the team
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Keep thorough records of each customer encounter in the business CRM.
- Respond to customer complaints and refer them to a supervisor if needed.
- Keep up to date with the latest market trends and service information.
- Share the suggestions to the team for the process improvement
- Assist with other marketing initiatives as necessary
- Communicate to employees their individual and overall sales goals to encourage team accountability.
- Make phone calls to both current and prospective clients to encourage them to buy the company’s services
- Deliver prepared speeches that outline the company’s services
- Follow up with the past clients/enquiries to generate potential sales
- Keep track of your interactions with the customers
- Produce quality leads that the outside sales team can pursue
- Create and maintain strong connections with customers to promote recurring business.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the services that customers use to offer appropriate recommendations based on their needs and preferences.

- Train new workers and keep an eye on existing employees to ensure consistency in performance.
- Ensure that there are no distractions for personnel or customers in the workplace, including noise and other noises.
- Report on significant accomplishments and obstacles.
- Should be able to work and handle social media marketing stage wise
- Rollout the vendor quotation in co-ordination with the departments to address the customer needs
- Travel and meet the clients within the city and outskirts based on the leads
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
