**Job Title**: Telesales Executive

**Job Location**: Visakhapatnam

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, generating new sales opportunities.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or services.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, aiming to exceed KPIs.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and feedback in CRM software or other systems.
- Update customer profiles and contact information regularly.
- **Follow-up**:

- Schedule follow-up calls or meetings as needed to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and selling points to customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other sales team members to achieve common goals and improve overall team performance.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and effectively articulate product features.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven sales experience, preferably in telesales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and find the best solutions for customers.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

**Education & Experience**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
