**Mission**:

- Controlling the electrical harness manufacturing process for on-time delivery to the customer and minimizing delivery delay
- Ensure the proper implementation of the MES project in Jemmel
- Prevent occupational health and safety risks
- Ensure that the EHS policy and objectives are established.
- Ensure that resources for health and safety at work are available.
- Ensure that the SM S& ST guarantees the desired result.
- Ensure smooth planning and scheduling of production
- Ensure the reliability and availability of information.
- Stock management of semi-finished products.
- Daily control of stock availability.
- Detecting of the Modulverbrauch
- Correction of mistakes
- Umbals management and monitoring.
- Exchange of information with other departments Production, Export, Import, Technical Service...
- Participation in the achievement of the objectives of the department.
- Notify these superiors and production managers in case of divergence of the production plan
- Integrate occupational safety and health requirements into business processes..
- Ensure and promote continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the organization establishes and implements a consultation and worker participation process.
- Support the creation and operation of health and safety committees.
- Ensure a correct and complete transfer between the various posts
- Achieve all the stated objectives (KSK packaging, stop time, absenteeism, etc.)
- Transmit to employees DETJ objectives and JIT specific objectives
- Work closely and exchange information with different departments
- Optimization and daily monitoring of the production line in collaboration with production
- Verification and modification of the statuses of the production steps on demand of the production

**Profile**
- Technical university degree or equivalent
- Expert in logistics material flow.
- Expert in DRX Systems (Mes, IPST, AVAS, HOST)
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- Expert in LEAN-Management
- Group problem solving: 8D, Q-Sys
- English is Mandatory Deutsch is a plus
