- 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors with minimum 2 years of experience in handleing implementation project 6 full cycle implementation in Succession Planning and development
- 3 5 Years of SAP SuccessFactors Talent management Succession Management Planning experience Experienced in conducting Business Requirement Workshop AS IS TO BE Process discussion
- GAP Analysis and providing suggestions for enhancements and improvements of customer business process as per best practice Participated in the initial project kickoff project team orientation and the project planning and resource booking
- Requirements gathering workshops on process data integration technical and User Interface on the holistic
- SAP SuccessFactors SaaS SaaP solution Mapping of employee competency and skill levels by using assessment tools
- Good experience in understanding and configuration of employee performance vs potential with drag and drop calibration
- Use skills and competency libraries to align your workforce with critical business needs
- Define career paths that align employee career aspirations with your organization s business requirements
- Close talent gaps and build bench strength with development plans and learning Should have configure knowledge in the below features of SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development Succession relevant organisation charts by department team region etc
