4 to 8 years of experience in SF Compensation Active Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation Management is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
- 3 to 6 years of expertise in configuring implementing and or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan run and manage workshops meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Core skill in Compensation module and capable of handling complex requirements and configuration.
- Working Experience in End to End Full Life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management from Design Planning Configuration Testing End User Training Documentation and Post Go Live Support.
- Strong knowledge in Configuration of Compensation Module including but not limited to Provisioning Setup Budgets.
- Eligibility Rules Guidelines Proration Worksheet Design Metrics Youcalc Route maps Recurring and Non Recurring Pay Components EC Comp Integrations Promotion and Standard and custom.
- Compensation Statement Deep Integration expertise within SuccessFactors HR suite across modules but not limited to only PMGM and Employee Central.
- Very good written verbal communication skills Must be flexible to work in shifts
**Primary Skill**:
- Strong knowledge in Configuration of Compensation Module including but not limited to Provisioning.
