2. Expertise in Implementing RCM and RMK, Template creation, route map, Workflow, Data Imports, and Permissions.

3. Understanding of creating reports from Report Center - Ad-Hoc, Analytics, and ORD/Canvas Reports.

4. Understanding of Configuration of data models - Corporate, Succession and Country-Specific.

5. Understanding of Recruitment and RMK for SMB segment.

6. Expert to write business rules in RCM & RMK.

7. Understanding of Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and Associations.

8. Worked on enabling RCM & RMK Mapping.

9. Understanding on RCM-RMK sync job from provisioning

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors RCM & RMK projects.

2. Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions with client.

3. Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.

4. Support and enhance SuccessFactors components RCM & RMK functions to meet client needs.

5. Configure SuccessFactors components for RCM functions to meet client needs.

6. Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed.

7. Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.

8. Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.

9. Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
