- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proficient in installing and deploying CRM Organizations and tenants
- Deep understanding of Azure tenant creation
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support.
- Deep understanding of Azure and cloud technologies
- Experience of KingswaySoft for data migration
- Knowledge of creating Data Migration Strategy
- Good knowledge of capabilities of the supporting software in the Microsoft stack (certification is a positive), including:

- PowerApps, LogicApps, Flow and Common Data Service is plus
- CRM modules - Sales, Service, field service
- Contribute to system and solution design of Dynamics 365 implementations
- Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams
- Experience of Agile Methodology

**Experience and Background**
- Over 7 to 10 years of Consultancy/developmentExperience in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Expertise in providing both out of the box and development solutions in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment; Extensive experience as an CRMconsultant
- Ability to lead engagements.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
- Business process mapping, modelling and documentation knowledge

**Salary**: ₹2,100,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- CRM software: 5 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365: 6 years (preferred)
