You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in customer-facing, analysis, consulting, documentation, implementation, development, and support of business solutions will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 4-17 years of experience in core Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 modules
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a functional consultant
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support
- Customer Service module experience
- Omnichannel implementation experience
- Strong analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot servers
- Familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems
- Knowledge of incident and service requests, SLA's, and Agile or Waterfall approach
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer Engagement, Field Services, and Project Service Automation
- MS CRM configuration knowledge
- Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM
- Certified in MS Dynamics
- Knowledge of DevOps
- SSRS reporting services experience
