A fast-growing IT services firm operating in enterprise CRM implementation and digital transformation—specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Power Platform solutions for mid-to-large enterprises in India.

Primary Role:
Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant (On-site, India)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end technical delivery for Dynamics 365 CRM projects: design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and extensions (plug-ins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript).
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs—author solution architecture, entity/data model, security model, and integration patterns.
  • Implement integrations using Web API, REST endpoints, Azure Functions/Logic Apps, and middleware; ensure reliable data exchange with external systems.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS/Power BI and optimise queries and data flows for performance.
  • Manage solution packaging, source control (Git/Azure DevOps), CI/CD pipelines, and environment deployments following ALM best practices.
  • Provide L2/L3 support: troubleshoot incidents, perform performance tuning, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 8+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Dynamics CRM development and customizations.
  • Proficient in C# for plugin/custom workflow development and JavaScript for client-side scripting.
  • Experience with Dataverse (CDS), XRM SDK, Web API integrations, and solution/component management.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps), SSRS/Power BI, and DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git).
  • Exposure to complex integrations (ERP/Finance systems), performance optimisation, and automated testing strategies.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer or related Power Platform certs are a plus.
