Job Description

As a seasoned professional in the field of customer engagement, we are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team.

This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and its various modules, as well as expertise in developing plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Additionally, this individual should stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the table.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Service)
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)
  • C# programming skills with a focus on Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Domain-Driven Design
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps
