Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365, you will be instrumental in driving successful CRM solution delivery across Commercial and Marketing functions.

This role is a strategic advisor and technical expert who will lead workshops, gather and translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and mentor the CRM Scrum Team through all stages of the project lifecycle.

You will maximize the value of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, ensure architectural alignment, and maintain high standards of solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a senior consultant and technical lead on Dynamics 365 initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders and stream leads to address complex business needs.
  • Conduct and lead workshops for requirement elicitation, solutioning, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Assist in the design of high-impact CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
  • Own and champion the Dynamics development roadmap, keeping abreast of new platform features and aligning them with business value.
  • Lead the technical delivery and ensure adherence to architectural standards, customer requirements, and platform best practices.
  • Serve as Scrum Master for the CRM Scrum Team, driving agile practices and team productivity.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to the CRM development team throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, testers, and end users across the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain robust testing procedures to ensure solution quality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its core technologies.
  • Strong consulting skills with proven experience working in client-facing roles and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Certification (MB-600 or PL-600) is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Dynamics 365 applications from technical specifications or solution designs.
  • Deep understanding of SCRUM/Agile methodologies and experience in a Scrum Master capacity.
  • Technical proficiency in the broader Microsoft technology stack: MS SQL Server, .NET, JavaScript.
  • High degree of self-motivation, ownership, and strong attention to detail.
