Texas Hotel Management is currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Hotel Sales Associate to join our sales team. As a Hotel Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and outgoing individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a knack for sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies
- Promote and sell our hotel's services and facilities, highlighting the features and benefits to potential clients
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
