Roles and responsibilities:
1. Managing the customer support departments day-to-day functions.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times..

4. Cultivate solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sale service.

5. Identify new business opportunities through client referrals.

6. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

8.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or industry-related field.

2. 0-2 Years of proven experience working as a client service executive/Sales.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

4. Working Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is desirable.

5. The ability to work under pressure.

6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

7. Comfortable using computer and fluent in English

8. Alignment with our company's values.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
