Role and responsibilities
- Assist in preparing ingredients for continental dishes, including slicing, dicing, and marinating.
- Follow recipes and instructions to cook and plate food items as directed.
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes such as pasta, grills, sauces, soups, and salads.
- Ensure proper portion control and food presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying senior chefs of shortages.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Provide support to senior chefs during busy hours.
- Participate in training sessions and learn new recipes and skills as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass. Diploma or degree culinery related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
