**Job Title: Client Relations Coordinator**

Vinirma Consultants private limited is committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relations Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of services offered.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations as needed.
- Monitor client satisfaction and follow up to ensure any issues are resolved.
- Participate in client meetings and events, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
