**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Prepare**Authentic North Indian Vegetarian Dishes
- Specialize in traditional curries, tandoori items, and regional delicacies.

**2. Innovate**and Improve the Menu
- Introduce new flavors while preserving classic dishes.

**3. Ensure**High Standards of Food Quality
- Use fresh ingredients to maintain consistency and excellence.

**4. Oversee**Kitchen Hygiene & Safety
- Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.

**5. Train**Kitchen Operations
- Manage food preparation, plating, and overall kitchen workflow.

**6. Train**and Mentor Kitchen Staff
- Guide junior chefs and maintain team coordination.

**7. Manage** Inventory & Minimize Waste
- Keep stock in check and ensure cost-effective operations.

**8. Maintain** Consistency in Taste & Presentation
- Every dish should be served with precision and care.

**Work Requirements**:
1. 2 to 7 years pf Experience under a C3 Certified Chef.

2. Expertise in North Indian Vegetarian Cuisine.

3. Ability to work in a Fast
- Paced kitchen.

4. Strong Leadership & Teamwork Skills.

5. Commitment to Food Safety & Hygiene.

6. Creativity in Menu Development.

7. Adaptability & Problem-Solving Skills.
