**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) for a family of three, focusing on vegetarian dishes with the rare inclusion of seafood.
- Handle all aspects of meal preparation, from ingredient selection, washing, and cutting vegetables to cooking and presenting dishes.
- Ensure the kitchen and all cooking processes maintain the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the family to develop and follow a weekly menu plan, accommodating dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Efficiently manage kitchen inventory, including grocery shopping and maintaining a stock of essential ingredients.
- Demonstrate creativity and innovation in menu planning and meal preparation, incorporating a variety of healthy and delicious options.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Professional culinary training or equivalent experience in culinary arts, with a strong foundation in vegetarian cooking.
- Passionate about cooking with a deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards, with a meticulous approach to food preparation and kitchen maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage all aspects of the kitchen.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare menus and manage kitchen inventory effectively.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to understand and implement specific dietary preferences and requirements.
- Experience working as a personal chef or in a similar role is highly desirable.
