This role for an Adobe Multi-Solution Architect is a high-level technical and strategic position, aimed at someone with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Cloud and cross-functional team collaboration. The primary objective is to design and integrate Adobe solutions to create seamless, personalized customer experiences across channels.

Key Responsibilities Breakdown:

- **Solution Architecture & Design**:

- Design end-to-end architectures tailored to Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
- **Cross-Platform Integration**:

- Oversee integration of products like Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target to streamline data flow and enable unified experiences.
- **Customer Data Strategy**:

- Lead strategies for unified customer profiles and data activation, using Adobe Real-Time CDP for real-time personalization.
- **Journey Orchestration & Personalization**:

- Implement personalized customer journey strategies to enhance engagement and conversions.
- **Data Architecture & Management**:

- Define data models and management processes to ensure accurate customer insights.
- **Technical Leadership**:

- Set best practices for Adobe implementations, offering guidance through complex deployments.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure everyone aligns with project goals.
- **Performance Monitoring & Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor and optimize Adobe solutions for peak efficiency.
- **Documentation & Training**:

- Maintain detailed technical documentation and offer training to internal teams on Adobe solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related.
- **Experience**:

- 8+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Adobe Analytics, etc.) with multi-solution and cross-platform architecture expertise.
- Background in customer data management and personalization.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, Real-Time CDP, and XDM schema.
- API and ETL knowledge, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of GDPR and CCPA compliance.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the capacity to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Adobe certifications in multiple Experience Cloud products.
- Agile and DevOps experience.
- Background in large-scale enterprise implementations.

Pay: ₹1,502,702.09 - ₹3,551,908.85 per year
