Subject Matter Expert - DX

As a Subject Matter Expert, you will partner with Adobe sales teams during the sales cycle to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of consulting services, and present your proposal to the customer. This involves maintaining a keen understanding of the Adobe product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline to identify opportunities where Adobe Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers (such as increased revenue, improved customer experience, and reduced marketing spending).

**What you’ll do**:

- Position Adobe Consulting Services as a trusted advisor in the Enterprise Customer Journey and develop a strategic partnership between Adobe and its Customers.
- Partner closely with Sales support (solution and business architects) to ensure strong discovery sessions, compelling customer proposals and recommendations.
- Experience working within matrixed teams to identify, detail, and close consulting engagements that bring to bear an enterprise-level SaaS offering.
- Develop robust recommendations, proposals, and scope of work documents for Adobe Consulting engagements while also identifying critical dependencies & gaps.
- Help customers understand Adobe’s capabilities and the transformative power of digital marketing through Adobe solutions.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel.
- End to End support and management of RFX process including Solutioning, Pricing and Proposal management.
- Should be open to work in US business hours.

What you need to succeed
- Understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and experience with relevant Digital Marketing strategies and technologies
- In-depth understanding of the typical use cases of Digital Platform implementations (CMS, Analytics, Personalization, Ecommerce, DAM, Mobile strategies etc.)
- 8 - 12 Years of relevant experience of working in a top-tier consulting or technology organization.
- Well verse with at least one of the Adobe DX solutions like Adobe Target, Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Commerce and Workfront.
- Ability to rapidly assess Customer environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and optimal communication opportunities for growth.
- Strong drive to solve customer problems and rapidly convert pipeline opportunities into closed deals
- Balance of business and technology acumen, including the ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business problems and to tie your solutions to program success criteria
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create precise observations, analyses, and conclusions based on customer interviews and data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize across multiple sales opportunities at the same time.
- Team player who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to arrive at the best solution
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
