Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Location: Mumbai

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.

2. Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate products effectively.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and prospects.

4. Identify and engage with the right target audience/stakeholders to drive successful sales initiatives.

5. Willingness to work on-field, visiting clients, and conducting product demonstrations.

6. Capable of handling objections and addressing customer concerns effectively.

7. Fast learner with a proactive attitude towards learning about new technologies and products.

8. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

9. Proven ability to actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads.

10. Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

11. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

12. Ability to maintain sales reports, follow-ups

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Actively prospect and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide detailed information about our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and nurture partnerships for repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field or Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with handling software and sales tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
