
Business Administrator

The Business Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the educational institute. This includes managing budgets, financial planning, human resources, facilities management, and other administrative tasks. The Business Administrator works closely with senior management to develop and implement policies and strategies that support the institute's mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Financial Management**:
- Develop and manage budgets for various departments within the institute.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Assist with financial planning and forecasting to ensure the institute's long-term sustainability.
- **Human Resources Management**:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and evaluation of administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and institute policies in all HR matters.
- Manage employee benefits and payroll administration.
- **Facilities Management**:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the institute's physical facilities.
- Coordinate with facilities staff to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for students and staff.
- Plan and execute facility improvement projects as needed.
- **Administrative Oversight**:
- Manage the institute's administrative functions, including records management and data entry.
- Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and institute policies.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the institute.
- Contribute to long-term planning and decision-making to achieve institutional goals.
- Provide input on policies and procedures that affect the institute's operations.
- **Risk Management**:
- Identify and assess risks to the institute's operations and assets.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the institute's compliance with insurance and safety regulations.
- **Stakeholder Relations**:
- Serve as a liaison between the administration and other departments within the institute.
- Foster positive relationships with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in business administration.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative and operational management, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in administrative and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
