**Responsibilities**:

- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with school Principals, teachers, and key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with schools to increase sales volume and revenue.
- **Market Awareness**: Develop strategies to raise awareness of the company’s products/services within the education sector.
- **Customer Interaction**: Handle customer inquiries, provide necessary information, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Ensure smooth communication and the transfer of information between departments to support operations and fulfill customer requirements.
- **Follow-ups & Conversions**: Manage follow-up activities to ensure high conversion rates and client satisfaction.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Focus on acquiring new clients while nurturing and retaining existing relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative environment within the sales team and encourage a team-oriented culture.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations as required by management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to convince and engage school administrators and educators.
- Proficient in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using the internet for research and outreach.
- Previous **sales experience** in business development or the education sector is preferred but not required.
- Strong **organizational skills** and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- A **results-driven** approach with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- A passion for **education** and helping schools enhance their educational outcomes.
