**What you will do for Sectona as Sales Operations Associate**:
**Primary expectations include, but not limited to the following -**
- Lead and participate in developing sales operation processes for pre-sale activities that include preparing proposals and supporting bid documents.
- Partner with engineering and sales teams to effectively develop proposal strategies, author standard or custom technical proposals pertaining to tenders or RFPs of sales opportunities across diverse sectors and regions.
- Conduct research and work closely with the solution engineering team to improve turnaround time of tenders/RFPs and develop key technical document templates.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including customers, channel partners for requirement understanding, co-ordination, submission of proposals and to ensure deadlines are met.
- Engage with prospective customers for product walkthrough, technical presentations, and sale fulfilment across regional sales teams.

**Requirements**:
**Skills you require**:

- MBA fresher with a bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study (IT, computer science, electrical etc.)
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite; Knowledge in other tools or technologies a plus
- Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Resourceful, dedicated, and able to foster team-oriented work in a fast-paced environment
