**Job Responsivities**

**Customer Support Executive**
Create policies and procedures
Handling customer complaints
Oversee the customer service process
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
Monitoring customer performance
Understand the customers
Create customer care protocol
Ensure customer satisfaction
Performing quality assurance surveys with customers
Establish customer support practices
Problem solving
Providing proactive customer outreach
Answering inquiries
Communicate effectively with peers and managers
Interact with clients through telephonic conversation
Responding to customer reviews
Working under pressure & renewing the existing client

Location**:Kalindi Kunj**

Salary **:20k to 25k**

**Female only**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
