Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to contribute to the growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telemarketing activities to identify and qualify potential leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update the Salesforce CRM system

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in software or technology industry
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
