**We’re Hiring: IT Sales Executive (2-3 Years Experience)**

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **results-driven IT Sales Executive** with 2-3 years of experience to join our team If you thrive on closing deals, building client relationships, and staying ahead in the tech sales game, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via **cold calling, networking, and lead generation**:

- Understand client needs and propose tailored **IT solutions (software, hardware, services)**:

- Create and deliver compelling **sales presentations and proposals**:

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms aligned with company policy
- Manage full sales cycle - from lead to close
- Track pipeline and activities using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Collaborate with technical teams for smooth project delivery
- Keep up with **industry trends**, competitors, and emerging tech
- Represent the company at **industry events, conferences, and networking sessions**

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelors in **Business, IT, Marketing**, or a related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of proven experience in **IT sales / B2B / tech solution sales**:

- Lead generation experience in tech sales.
- Strong understanding of **IT products, SaaS, and managed services**:

- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team
- Hands-on with **CRM tools** (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Existing **client network** in the IT industry is a big advantage
