**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers in a professional manner.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields**.

**Experience**
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in **B2B or B2C sales** is preferred.

**Key Skills**
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to present and influence effectively.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM software**.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
