**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues found during testing, and work closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process, methodologies, and tools.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding junior QA team members, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong 2 to 5 years experience in Salesforce testing, including hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate software defects effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a plus.
- Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Salesforce-specific automation tools, is a plus.
