Job Title: Salesforce Manual QA Engineer (SFSC)

Notice period: we are looking for immediate to 1 week Np.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Manual QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual testing within Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate features, identify bugs, and ensure seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand Salesforce system requirements and business processes.
  • Design and execute detailed manual test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Validate data migration processes and ensure data integrity.
  • Test Experience Cloud interfaces for usability, navigation, and security.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and verify fixes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Provide regular status updates and test reports to project stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manual QA testing, specifically within Salesforce environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience in testing data migration and user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with validation rules, flows, process builders, and Lightning components.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
  • Knowledge of SQL for backend data validation.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Exposure to API testing and ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica is beneficial
