**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**
- Automate business processes and workflows with declarative tools
- Assist internal users in creating reports and dashboards
- Participate in quality assurance of our developed Salesforce solutions
- Support internal users by understanding and solving business problems within Salesforce
- Guide users with best practices for using Salesforce
- Communicate effectively in person and online
- Assist in data audits and compliance

**Qualifications**
- Three years minimum of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong experience with the Salesforce Lightning interface
- Assist in creating and maintaining basic lightning components
- Hands on experience using the Process Builder, Visual Flow, Workflow Rules, and other point and click tools
- Expert at using Data Loader, Data Import Wizard and other mass data manipulation tools
- Strong experience with Salesforce’s security (profiles, roles, permission sets, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with Salesforce Communities
- Strong SOQL knowledge
- Certified as a Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified App Builder
- Able to write technical documents
- Able to gather business requirements
- Pardot experience
