**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for contributing to the attainment of the Company’s Goals, Objectives, Business growth and Expansion by providing Strategic Financial models and develop necessary financial policies and procedures to ensure sound Financial Management and Controls of the business.
- Ensure comprehensive financial systems and procedures are established and maintained in order to provide appropriate levels of security and control over the Company's resources and operations.
- Financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, short term and long-term borrowings, fund management, investments, project financing and disinvestments and development of strategic business models, identifying risks and deficiencies.
- Manage Investor relationships, funding and would be able to present to global investors.
- Forecast short term and long-term financial needs of the company based on business plan and projects on hand, identify sources and mobilize funds at a low cost.
- Overall responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS, Taxation.
- Should be able to actively participate in M&A and have an understanding on IPO, if any.
- Should be able to guide the Sr. Management team and board members and present in Board meetings.
- Prepare the Company's budgets and forecasts. Liaise with all departments and subsidiaries CFOs to gather the necessary budget input and ensure the budgets are updated as required by management.
- Prepare financial projections in support of the Company's overall Business Plan.
- Conduct reconciliation of the Company's financial position in terms of cost, income, profit and loss accounts and balance sheet.
- Conduct regular monthly reconciliations of Project Costing and profitability against Budgets and Forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- **Must have - Qualified CA Additional**

Preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPA / CIMA / ACA / ACCA preferred

**Skills/Knowledge**:

- Proven experience as **CFO at least 5 years with Real Estate**

Project funding, Budgeting, Costing, SAP must, Statutory Compliance, Audit.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
