**LawCrust - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

**LawCrust** is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to join our team and play a vital role in driving our financial growth and strategic direction.

**About the Role**:
**Key Qualifications**:

- **CA, CS, or CMA** designation with a minimum of **5 years of post-qualification experience**.
- Demonstrated expertise in statutory compliance across various accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Proven ability to prepare financial documents, including financial statements, management reports, and investor presentations.
- Experience in managing investor relations and preparing investor-related documentation.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial analysis.
- Prior experience working with a consulting firm would be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
