**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Dispatch Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Sales Team at the Head Office and Dispatch Teams at multiple plant locations to ensure smooth order fulfillment.**:

- **Order Processing & Tracking: Monitor order status, follow up with plant dispatch teams, and update the sales team on delivery timelines.**:

- **Documentation & Invoicing: Oversee the preparation and verification of invoices, Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and other shipping documents.**:

- **Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements related to dispatch operations.**:

- **Product Knowledge: Maintain an understanding of product specifications, material traceability, and identification processes.**:

- **Efficiency & Process Improvement: Support the implementation of best practices such as 5S & 3C to enhance operational efficiency.**:

- **Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate dispatch records, generate reports, and provide updates to the sales team using ERP and MS Office.**:

- **Delivery Performance Monitoring: Track dispatch efficiency and work towards improving on-time deliveries.**

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience in coordinating dispatch operations from a corporate or head office perspective.**:

- **Strong communication and coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders.**:

- **Proficiency in SAP systems, MS Office, and dispatch management software.**:

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
