**Job Overview**:
The Dispatch Executive in the FMCG sector is responsible for managing the entire dispatch process of goods from the warehouse to the customer or distributor. This role ensures timely and accurate dispatch of products, maintains inventory records, and coordinates with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Order Processing**:
- Receive and process dispatch orders from the order processing team.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and prioritize orders based on delivery deadlines.
- **Coordination with Warehouse**:
- Work closely with the warehouse staff to ensure products are picked, packed, and ready for dispatch.
- Ensure proper labelling and documentation of dispatched goods.
- **Logistics & Transport Coordination**:
- Coordinate with logistics providers and transport companies to arrange for timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor vehicle availability and dispatch timelines to avoid delays.
- Track the movement of dispatch vehicles and communicate real-time updates to relevant teams.
- **Documentation**:
- Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents, including invoices, delivery notes, and transport receipts.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to transport and dispatch.
- **Customer Coordination**:
- Maintain communication with customers and distributors regarding dispatch status, estimated delivery times, and any potential delays.
- Handle any customer queries or complaints related to dispatch.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Analyze dispatch data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to the dispatch process.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of dispatch procedures and logistics management.
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams, logistics providers, and customers.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
