Job Title
- **Customer Service Executive**

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Proforma invoice generation and processing of sales orders in SAP
b) Coordination with PPIC team to collect despatch schedules, informing customers about order schedules etc.
c) Pre-sales coordination with sales team
- Experience:
**Minimum 2 years, working with good manufacturing enterprises handling customer service in a B2B sales environment. Working/ worked with manufacturing companies is a non-negotiable requirement.**
Good spoken and written English language skills
Ability to build and manage relationships with key customer accounts
Job Location**:Chennai**

Salary**:20000-30000**
