**Cell**: Customer Experience (CE)
**Core Responsibilities** : Co-ordination & Communication with Customers
**Reporting To** :Cell Head
**1.** **Main Activities**
- Understand and align with Vision, Purpose, and Values.
- Gain knowledge of:
- All customers and their business terms
- Product variants, configurations, and the production process.
- Internal Zone & Cell flow as well as the overall company workflow.
- Documentation and reporting systems.
- Delivery logistics and transport agency processes.
**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain an updated customer database and record all interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate internally on a regular basis to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Manage material dispatch as per customer requirements.
- Keep internal teams informed about customer status and update customers on production progress.
- Monitor dispatch status and obtain acknowledgments from customers.
- Maintain and update key documents daily:
- Order Status Report
- Dispatch Details Report
- FG (Finished Goods) Report
- Organize and maintain a systematic filing system (e.g., Request Cards, Supply Cards, and related
documentation).
**3. Skills & Qualifications**
**- Academic Qualification**
- UG/PG Certification (preferably in Electronics)
**- Computer Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
**- Other Skills**
- Strong linguistic and communication skills. Specially in English
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and initiative
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
