**Job Title**: Digital Marketing Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**:

- Track performance metrics and analyze campaign results to optimize and improve strategies.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website rankings.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create engaging content and schedule posts to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics to refine strategies.
- **Content Creation**:

- Work with the design team to develop visuals that support digital campaigns.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Monitor budget spend and ensure cost-effective advertising with maximum ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
- Provide monthly reports on key performance metrics (KPIs) and suggest improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative, content, and product teams to align on digital marketing initiatives.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and other digital assets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with video marketing and online advertising trends.
- Understanding of mobile marketing and app-based campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
