Overview:
As an Automobile Customer Relationship Executive, your primary responsibility is to maintain positive relationships with customers before, during, and after the sales process. You will serve as a liaison between the customer and the dealership, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Communication:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.

Sales Support:
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences.

Coordinate test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

After-Sales Support:
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or questions.

Coordinate with the service department to schedule maintenance appointments and address warranty claims.

Proactively reach out to customers for feedback and to promote additional services or products.

Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and preferences in the CRM system.

Regularly update customer profiles with relevant information to personalize future interactions.

Customer Retention:
Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with customers and increase retention rates.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.

Participate in customer appreciation events and loyalty programs to strengthen brand loyalty.

Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
